Autumn begins with rain and thunderstorms

In the coming days, Italy will continue to be exposed to the passage of the humid and cool Atlantic currents, so, especially in the Center-North, the climate will be unstable, due to isolated rains and storms, with temperatures close to the seasonal average values; only in the extreme south will it resist a bit of summer-flavored heat, with some spikes of 30 degrees or more. In addition, an intense disturbance will enter this “Atlantic” flow that will hit our Peninsula as of Thursday, causing a more marked phase of bad weather. More general and intense rains await us in the second part of the week, accompanied by a significant drop in temperature, with the appearance of snow in the Alps up to 1,500 meters.
