RIVARA – Tragedy at night in a house in via Beltramo in Rivara. A 47-year-old Italian who worked in a machinery company used a non-legally detained weapon to kill his 11-year-old son. Then, with the same weapon, he took his own life. The alarm went off shortly before two. The Carabinieri of the Venaria Reale company are investigating the episode.
When the 118 employees, with the help of the Rivarolo Canavese firefighters, managed to enter the house, they could not avoid verifying what happened. Now it will be up to the police to understand the reasons for the murder-suicide.
