The particular open source intelligence activities carried out on the internet by specialists have made it possible to detect, also through the use of peculiar semantic analysis tools, the convergence of some elements that connoted some messages present in other social profiles, attributable to a 53-year-old man and a resident of Rome, the investigations have focused on.

Therefore, more evidence and unequivocal evidence were acquired about the responsibility of the identified subject, who, in the face of the acquired elements, finally admitted having opened the ‘false’ profile by exploiting anonymous connections and therefore being the author of the messages addressed to Annibali . The man was referred to the judicial authority for the crime of incitement to violence.
