Spanish Yamaha rider Maverick Vinales won the Emilia Romagna and Rimini Riviera Moto GP, ahead of Briton Joan Mir on Suzuki and Spaniard Espargarò at the finish. Bad for the Italians, Valentino Rossi and Francesco Bagnaia retired for a long time leading the race. Dovizioso is eighth, then Morbidelli and Petrucci. Yamaha Petronas Frenchman Fabio Quartararo finished third at the finish line, but a penalty relegated him to fourth place.
