Today there is a new death, linked to Covid-19, which brings the total number of victims to 350 since the start of the pandemic. The victim is from West Friuli.
This is a man who resided in Cordenons Township. He was 52 years old and was hospitalized in the Infectious Diseases ward of the Santa Maria della Misericordia hospital in Udine since the beginning of September, suffering from multiple pathologies. The lieutenant governor confirms this Riccardo Riccardi.
There are currently 687 positive people for the coronavirus in Friuli Venezia Giulia (10 more than yesterday). Three patients are being treated in intensive care, while 20 are hospitalized in other departments.
Today 33 new infections have been detected, one case in Trieste, 11 in Udine, 11 in Pordenone and ten in Gorizia. So, analyzing the general data since the beginning of the epidemic, the people who tested positive for the virus are 4,345: 1,569 in Trieste, 1,410 in Udine, 972 in Pordenone and 381 in Gorizia, to which 13 people from outside the region.
The totally cured amount to 3,308, the clinically recovered are six and the isolated 658. The deceased are 197 in Trieste, 77 in Udine, 69 in Pordenone and seven in Gorizia.
