The incident started shortly before midnight. Police have been called near Goodman Street and Pennsylvania Avenue and are questioning neighbors, but have not provided further details. “The party was illegal, we didn’t know anything about it until they called us at 911. When we got there, it was chaos, hundreds of people gathered outside.”
No arrests have been made so far.

The chief of police Mark simmons said interviewed on the spotVIDEO ON FB) that the agents found many injured: “There was alcohol, too many people, violence broke out,” he said.
