Colleferro, the Treasury requests the seizure of assets for detained families

La Guardia di Finanza, after evaluations carried out on the citizenship income received by the families of the siblings Gabriele and Marco Bianchi, by Francesco Belleggia and Mario Pincarelli, investigated for the murder of Willy Monteiro Duarte in Colleferro, asked the magistrates for a seizure of assets for 27 thousand euros. The families of the four, detained for voluntary homicide, according to the checks, would have improperly received the sum as income from the citizens.

The investigations carried out by the Guardia di Finanza revealed that the relatives of the four suspects did not provide all the necessary information. Thus the complaints for violation of the citizens’ income law were triggered. A report was sent to the INPS for the recovery of the amounts owed.
