The same company had also hinted to investors about a postponement in the year for the announcement of new smartphones, in part due to delays in the development and production of devices linked to the coronavirus pandemic.

The most concrete clue about the type of event linked to Apple Watch is given by the title chosen by the company for the presentation: “Time flies”, that is, “Time flies.” In recent years, Apple had almost always introduced its new smartwatches during its traditional September event dedicated to iPhones, but it will apparently make an exception this year, motivated both by smartphone delays and a desire to give more evidence. to the announcement of the new watches.
Apple Watch Series 6

There are currently not many details on how the new Apple Watch will be made. Aesthetically it should not have any particular differences compared to the current model, but it will be equipped with a new sensor to detect oxygenation of the blood, in addition to the heartbeat.

Apple should present another smartwatch designed to replace the current “Series 3”, still on sale and at a fairly affordable price compared to more advanced models. Several analysts believe that for the new model Apple will abandon the use of the indication of the series, calling it simply Apple Watch SE, thus adding the abbreviation “SE” as it has been doing for some time for the cheaper version of its iPhones.
The new Apple Watch SE should be available with both Bluetooth and 4G connectivity: in the first case to work using the iPhone data connection, in the second to connect directly to the cellular network. The price should stay around 240 euros for the base model with GPS, while the model with GPS and 4G should cost around 340 euros.
Ipad air
Apple is also likely to introduce a new version of its iPad Air, with a design similar to the current iPad Pro, therefore with a smaller bezel around the screen. The novelty should lead to the disappearance of the Home button with a fingerprint reader, whose sensor will be transferred to the side power button of the device.
On the back, the new iPad Air should have connectors to be used with accessories recently produced by Apple, such as the keyboard designed for the iPad Pro. The port for charging the device should be of the USB-C type, more versatile than the classic Lightning present on iPhones.
Apple may also be rolling out an update for its base iPad models, but not much information has circulated about it.
Apple one
Apple has long been rumored to be working on a subscription option to have multiple services together, giving the option to save some money compared to separate subscriptions for Apple Music, iCloud, Apple TV +, and the rest. The new solution could be released today and should be called “Apple One”. However, it is not certain that the company has concluded all the necessary agreements and is therefore ready to announce the prices and availability of the new subscription plan.
