Every morning a man rides a bike to the river Add a, dives in and searches for his missing daughter. That man is the father of Hafsa, swallowed by the waters at the age of just 15 on September 1. The fifteen-year-old girl, according to ‘Corriere della Sera’, was with her cousin and was trying to reach a beach in the Bartesaghi park in Sondrio, when, perhaps, she slipped and was swept away by the current.
For more than ten days she has disappeared in the air, but her father continues looking for her, searching the bottom and rummaging through the rocks.
The official searches continued for days and the Ardenno, but the girl was not found.
The investigation will continue through the weekend and a meeting is scheduled for Monday in Sondrio prefecture to plan further interventions.
When the daughter disappeared in the Adda River, her father was in Morocco.
To the ‘Province of Sondrio’ the man declared: “I can’t stop looking for it. I am working hard to find him and hope there is someone of good will who wants to be available to help me. Many have worked to get my Hafsa back. They certainly did a good job, but they couldn’t find it. “
The man also said: “I can swim well and I don’t want to take risks, but I would like to find hafsa, that maybe he’s stranded somewhere. Or maybe I hope to be there when the river returns it. I can’t stay home and wait. “
