It is a very long list of political names that appear as consultants, in the organizational charts of the different companies and dependent entities of the Lazio Region: they are what can be defined as a “power block” that, given at least a decade of control of armchairs and folding seats.
There are well-known names, at least in Rome, like that of Enrico Gasbarra – President of IPAB Santa Maria in Aquiro and advisor to the Minister of Economy, Roberto Gualtieri, total emoluments: 176 thousand euros gross per year – or Amedeo Piva, former counselor of social services at Giunte Rutelli, who runs another Ipab, Sant’Alessio. On the front of Ipab, then, we find the name of Giuseppe Lobefaro, retired from the Ministry of Economy, former president of the first municipality at the time of mayor of Veltroni then councilor Pd in the province of Rome under the presidency Gypsies which places him in front of the Strumbolo nursery in Piedimonte San Germano. Another Ipab, another Pd relocated: in front of Blessed De Mattias, Zingaretti sent Paolo bracchi, former Deputy Mayor and Town Planning Councilor of the Guidonia City Council. Obviously, Pd share.
Another name of the center-left world placed at the head of a public body is Antonio Rosati who, just in the middle of last July, was projected to Eur SpA as CEO: Rosati, parent company of the then PDS in Campidoglio with the mayor of Rutelli, then president of Arsial (the regional company for the development of agriculture), then Councilor for the Budget in the Province with Gasbarra first and then Zingaretti, he was one of the architects of the electoral program of Zingaretti himself in the Province.
Then there is the case of Daniele badaloni, son of the former president of the Region, Piero. Since 2017 Daniele, certified biologist, manages the Bracciano-Martignano Natural Park, after having passed through the direction of the Romanatura Authority. By chance, if Badaloni’s son is the director of the Bracciano Park, we will find him presiding Vittorio Lorenzetti, another name of the old PDS: provincial councilor and vice president of the Public Works Commission dependent on the Executive Fregosi (the first directly elected by the citizens), was always for the Democrats (in their various denominations) municipal councilor in Campagnano di Roma, where he also held the position of councilor for social services.
Another park, another tour in the world of the province PD: Ente Riviera di Ulisse, a splendid place in the Gulf of Gaeta, is in fact a fiefdom of the PD block. As director we find Roberto Rotasso who, in 2012, made a splendid political propaganda video with the Pd logo behind it. Instead, for just over a year, Zingaretti has sent it Carmela cassetta, councilor (of opposition) of the Santi Cosa and Damiano City Council, an administration that does not have territorial powers in the Riviera di Ulisse (only the municipalities of Formia, Gaeta, Itri, Minturno and Sperlonga). In addition, with this appointment, Zingaretti has caused a complete controversy within the potentates of the local Pd with the democrats of Formia on the warpath over the appointment of the Cassetta.
Changing parks, we go to the Castelli Romani: here Zingaretti has sent the former leader of the Pd group to the Frascati City Council to be president, Gianluigi Peduto. Another name Dem (in this case more green than red) that is in the lists of “parchers” is that of Dario Esposito, since 2017 at the head of the Nazzano-Tevere-Farfa Park Authority. Esposito was Councilor for the Environment of the last City Council of Veltroni.
To close the picture, certainly not exhaustive, it is impossible not to include the sinecure that the Giunta Zingaretti grants to Paolo Gentiloni’s cousin, Professor Umberto Gentiloni Silveri, who receives 80 thousand euros gross for the “Improvement of the history and memory of the Territory of the Region Lazio and for the conception and promotion of projects and initiatives destined to transmit the historical knowledge ».
