New provisions for those arriving in Sardinia: these are the ones that the Region is preparing to adopt in line with the famous health passport proposed months ago and defined as “unconstitutional” by the Minister of Regional Affairs Francesco Boccia.

In particular, there are three options: a negative certificate to show everyone who lands on the island; those without it should have a molecular or antigen test using a swab within 48 hours of arrival; Complete a self-certification of the trial indicating the structure that performed it.

However, the provisions do not apply to certain categories: those in elective public functions, those in institutional positions, personnel and crews of ships and airplanes.

All this will be contained in the ordinance of President Christian Solinas that has not yet been approved pending the opinion of the Scientific Technical Committee.

In any case, registration is mandatory, before boarding, through the Region’s website or the “Safe Sardinia” application.

As for the masks, it is mandatory to use them within 24 hours in places where there is a risk of overcrowding.
