Francesco Belleggia, arrested along with Gabriele and Marco Bianchi and Mario Pincarelli for the murder of Willy Monteiro Duarte, is released from prison and is under house arrest. The Velletri investigating judge has validated the arrest for complicity in the murder of the Bianchi brothers and Mario Pincarelli. Francesco Belleggia, however, was granted house arrest by the judge.
