Matteo Salvini attacked by a woman in Pontassieve

Lega leader Matteo Salvini was attacked in Pontassieve, in the province of Florence, during a political initiative for the regional elections in Tuscany. The news was spread on Twitter by former Undersecretary Guglielmo Picchi. According to an initial reconstruction of the events, the alleged aggressor, a woman of African origin, would have snatched the rosary that was holding Salvini and damaged his shirt. Also yesterday in Pontassieve a restaurateur had to stop hosting, today, an electoral lunch with Salvini after receiving a barrage of threats via the web and by phone. Something similar had happened in nearby Bagno a Ripoli again due to the presence of the League leader in the restaurant.
