Cream, Sabrina’s bones were burned in the car. Technicians dismantle investigations: no dogs

Human bones are those found in the Panda, set on fire, by Sabrina beccalli, the 39-year-old Cream disappeared at dawn on August 15. Now it seems obvious that they belong to Sabrina: it will be the genetic comparison to give, in a week, scientific security. At this point there is something that is much more than a painful suspicion: the one found in the car, judged by two veterinarians as the charred corpse of a dog and destroyed in an incinerator, was actually what was left of Sabrina Beccalli’s body. . “I was the one who burned her in the car,” declared Alessandro Pasini, in prison for the murder of the woman and the destruction of the body, who supports the thesis that her friend was killed by an overdose.

The summit at the Milan Institute of Forensic Medicine begins at 11am and continues for an hour and a half. The three consultants appointed by the Cremona Public Prosecutor’s Office meet, the anatomopathologist Cristina Cattaneo, the forensic anthropologist Debora Mazzarelli, the toxicologist Domenico Di Candia; the coroner Angelo Grecchi, chosen by the lawyer Paolo Sperolini, Pasini’s defender; General Luciano Garofano, former commander of the Ris di Parma, appointed, together with retired Brigadier Edi Sanson, by lawyer Antonino Andronico, lawyer for the Beccalli family. They look at around thirty finds, mostly bone and some soft tissue, that the Ris police have recovered from the Panda.

“They are,” says Garofano, “few remains. But the first investigations seem to show that they are human remains. Of course you have to wait for the DNA analysis to be sure. However, the first results seem to leave no room for doubt ”. The remains were judged as animals by two veterinarians, a private professional and an Ats of Crema veterinary manager. Was the coroner missing? “Difficult – Garofano answers – commenting on the decisions of others. I don’t know. Any answer would be a leap into the void”. “We – integra Grecchi – have had the opportunity to see the individual bone fragments, analyze them, evaluate them and see the individual grooves. I try to put myself in the shoes of a veterinarian who is in front of a body, at a distance, charred, that is inexperienced. An idea is formed. Nothing removes the error. There are two inspection reports, rather summary, but there are ”.

It was Grecchi who identified a clavicle in the photographic images of the finds. “I was able to verify, face to face, macroscopically, that there was a bone that looked like a clavicle. Since dogs don’t have clavicles, I said, ‘It’s an important element.’ The lawyer made his statements to the authorities. There are other factors that point to human remains. It is too early to say which ones, also out of respect for the prosecutor’s advisor. The remains are very few ”. The larvae have developed in soft tissues, which can be useful to check for drugs. On Monday the group of consultants will move to a workshop in Offanengo, in Cremasco, where Sabrina Beccalli’s Panda has been hospitalized in search of other findings. Cristina Cattaneo’s team will conduct various investigations, including radiographic examinations to check the bones for trauma or injury. Word to Ris for the genetic test.
