According to the government’s intentions, the consumer who makes payments from 3,000 euros through electronic means will receive a refund equivalent to 10%.
As of December 1, transactions with the ATM must reach the Tax Agency to proceed with the report. The government is also developing a system that also favors small-amount ATM payments. In this way, it is expected to encourage the use of electronic media even for small costs.
