The Velletri investigating judge upheld the arrest for complicity in homicide of the four defendants in the death of the young man, namely the brothers Gabriele and Marco Bianchi, Mario Pincarelli and Francesco Belleggia. The latter, who allegedly said he saw one of the Bianchi brothers beat Willy yesterday during the guarantee questioning, was granted house arrest.

The four are accused of having kicked and beaten the 21-year-old who lived with his family in Paliano, a nearby town, and worked as a kitchen assistant in a hotel in another nearby center, Artena, where the four come from. arrested. Meanwhile, an autopsy of the victim’s body will be carried out today at the Tor Vergata polyclinic. Willy’s family, represented by attorney Domenico Marzi, has appointed a partisan technical consultant who will participate in the autopsy examination, Professor Antonio Grande. The interrogation will take place in the afternoon, after the appointment of the prosecutor, and the results could change the position of the four detainees accused, for the moment, of murder.
