This was communicated by Marco Meotto of the CUB School of University Research in Turin after the meeting with Dr. Tecla Riverso, Director of the Provincial School of Turin.
The CUB representatives requested transparency and timeliness in communications on the procedures for the award of substitutes and on the availability of staff by law and in fact.
Subsequently, strong perplexity was expressed regarding the procedure for providing substitutes by filling in an online form.
Although the administration guaranteed during the meeting the possibility that all union organizations could attend the appointment operations, the CUB wonders how it will be possible to protect in a very short time the thousands of teachers who will participate in the computerized process.
Faced with the grievances, the Director of the School stressed that the schedule established by the central administration has very precise schedules that it is essential to respect: they told us that all energy and resources are concentrated on the opening of schools on September 14.
Also for this reason it has been communicated that the Turin School Office will comply with Ministerial Ordinance 60/2020 and will not proceed, as a result of complaints, with corrections of the scores of those inserted in the GPS.
Any change in the score will be the responsibility of the secretaries of the schools of service and the controversies that arise can be resolved through extrajudicial conciliation.
“We cannot hide – the CUB concludes in a statement – that the situation is extremely worrying: the operations that in past years took place over the course of weeks will be concentrated in a couple of days. The digitization of procedures is now becoming an impregnable fortress from which it is impossible to escape. That there are errors in the rankings, that the applicants do not
are placed in the conditions to choose the service sites after a good reason does not seem to be important “
