On the day that new infections fall for the second time in a row, but with less than half of the swabs compared to Friday, Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte signs the new Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers (Dpcm) that expands the anti- coronavirus until October 7.

Few novelties, including the possibility of regrouping international couples, with the self-certification of those who come from so far ‘prohibited’ countries certifying that they will go to live with someone with whom they have “a stable emotional relationship.” Instead they will stay stadiums and clubs closed.

“In the Dpcm that we will sign today all the rules are confirmed, even those of the dance – says Speranza -. They just spread. They are in force since August 16 and we will extend them for another 30 days. Regarding the dance, the minister later specified: “The national government has never reopened the discos, some Regions that had the right to do so have done so but we have intervened to close them. And the Dpcm expands all these measures that were already in force: that is why both the discos and the stadiums are and remain closed.

The anti-Covi measures will last until October 7, it is explained, because an extension of more than one month is not possible (the last Dpcm was on August 7).

Among the few innovations, the aself-certification for entry into Italy by those who come from countries that until now have been ‘prohibited’ to certify that they will reside with a person, “even if they do not live together”, with whom “there is a stable emotional relationship.” Self-certification will also be used to communicate with the ASL and a 14-day quarantine will be mandatory.

The states for which entry into Italy was prohibited are: Armenia, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Brazil, Bosnia Herzegovina, Chile, Kosovo, Kuwait, North Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Oman, Panama, Peru, Dominican Republic, Serbia, Colombia . . For all other states the regulations already in force apply: those arriving from Croatia, Greece, Malta and Spain must obligatorily rub. Those arriving from Romania and Bulgaria must remain in quarantine.
