Those residing in a country for which entry into Italy was previously prohibited can do so by demonstrating that they can live in the residence of a person with whom they have a stable emotional relationship. This is foreseen by the Dpcm, the decree of the Prime Minister, which enters into force on Monday 7 and will be valid until September 30. In the new Dpcm it was established, therefore, that entry into the national territory is allowed to reach the domicile, domicile and residence of a person, even if they do not live together, with whom a stable affective relationship is maintained.

The states for which entry to Italy was prohibited are: Armenia, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Brazil, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Chile, Kosovo, Kuwait, North Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Oman, Panama, Peru, Dominican Republic, Serbia, Colombia (as of August 13). For all other states, the rules are already in effect and therefore apply those arriving from Croatia, Greece, Malta and Spain must obligatorily rub. Who comes from Romania and Bulgaria must remain in quarantine.
