Fatal accident in Guidonia, in the province of Rome. A 62-year-old woman who crossed the road in a section without a crosswalk and was run over by a suva lost her life.
According to an initial reconstruction by local police officers, the tragedy occurred around 6:10 a.m. on Wednesday on via Casal Bianco, the road that connects Settecamini with Guidonia. The woman had just left her house and crossed the ’48’ road near the roundabout in via di Marco Simone.
The 62-year-old man was struck by a Honda Cr-V SUV driven by an 83-year-old man from Rome. The woman was thrown several meters. An air ambulance transferred her to the San Camillo hospital in Rome with a reserved prognosis. Her condition immediately seemed desperate and in the afternoon the woman died. The car, as usual, was impounded. The prosecutor has opened a file.
