The asymptomatic will go through quarantine on your hands. For Covid-19 positives it is forbidden to work, even for those who are completely free of symptoms. The matter is governed by the Cura Italia and Relaunch decrees, later converted into laws, in addition to the INPS 2584 “message” of June 24 and the Prime Minister’s Decree of August 7, 2020. In the Corriere della Sera, lawyer Cesare Pozzoli, a partner at the Milanese law firm Chiello-Pozzoli, explains the rule.
“The August decree established that people who return from vacation in risk areas must remain isolated while waiting for hyssop. Well, even this isolation is equated with illness, so it implies a ban on working.
According to the Istituto Superiore di Sanità, in the last 30 days there have been 21,724 cases, of which around 75% (16,300) concerned people of working age. Of these, more than 65% were asymptomatic, so we are talking about more than 10 thousand people potentially affected by the problem. That could be much more if we go from 100 to 300 thousand tampons a day, as proposed by Professor Andrea Crisanti.
