Bologna, September 3, 2020 – Compared to recent days, the number of coronavirus infections in the province of Bologna. According to what emerged from the bulletin released by the Region today, September 3, there are 18 new cases in the metropolitan area (yesterday 19, the day before 20), of which 7 are symptomatic.

Out of 18 new positives, 2 returns from abroad (1 from Ukraine and 1 from Romania), 8 from other regions (5 from Sardinia, 2 from Tuscany and 1 from Abruzzo), 6 cases were subsequently diagnosed the return of the holidays in the Romagna Riviera (of which 2 attributable to the outbreak of the disco in Cervia), 2 cases finally classified as sporadic.
The swabs made yesterday in Emilia-Romagna are 10,243 (the day before 11,695).
Since the beginning of the emergency until today, 5,736 cases have been registered in the province of Bologna. A figure to which the 508 cases (80 of which active) of the reference area of the Imola Local Health Authority, where they are registered today 2 additional positives, with contained symptoms and in home isolation. Both subjects reside in Medicine, one recently returned from the Romagna Riviera and the other from Sardinia.
