Five children were found dead in a house in Solingen, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. According to the German media, his mother died, who later attempted suicide by throwing herself under a train. She survived seriously injured and is under police protection. The 11-year-old eldest son who was with his mother when she attempted suicide also miraculously survived. The grandmother raised the alarm, who called the police to inform the agents that her daughter (27) had killed five of her children and possibly was traveling with another child, with the aim of committing suicide.

“Investigations are ongoing and I cannot add anything,” the Wupperthal police spokesman told ANSA, confirming the news of the discovery of the five dead children. “The lifeless bodies were found in a private house on Hasselstrasse in Solingen,” he added. Police initially did not provide answers about the possible circumstances of the incident.
