Increase in cured and discharged patients (+110) and zero infections in Sondrio. Of the 16,200 swabs performed, 242 were new positives, 11 of which were in the province of Bergamo. The ratio between the number of new swabs and the positive ones found is 1.49%. There are 21 people in intensive care (-1), while other wards are hospitalized in 212 (+17). Two deaths in the region, for a total of 16,867 since the start of the pandemic. These are the main data from the report published by the Lombardy Region on Tuesday, September 1 on the advance of the coronavirus. “The increase in positive cases – recalls the Region in the note accompanying the data – in Lombardy as in other regions, must always be related to the number of swabs performed.
