To which, however, are added four more cases, reported after 7:00 p.m. The discrepancy with the data published by the Tuscany Region (+22 cases in Aretino today) is due, as usual, to a difference in the survey schedules.

We inform you that due to a mere technical error of the data extrapolation program – informs the ASL – in the surveillance municipality of Castiglion Fiorentino the following cases should be considered:

83-year-old woman, examined in hospital, asymptomatic;

60-year-old woman, already in home isolation as a contact case, asymptomatic;

A 60-year-old man already in home isolation as a paucisymptomatic contact case;

37-year-old man already in home isolation as a contact case, asymptomatic.

The total number of cases today in the province of Arezzo amounts to 19 “.

Prevention activity

The ASL Prevention Department’s close contact follow-up activity also highlighted 37 contacts for the Arezzo cases that have already been isolated. There are currently 2,507 people in home isolation, either because it is a known contact case or because they come from other countries, throughout the territory covered by the ASL (Arezzo, Siena and Grosseto). There are 3 people hospitalized in Infectious Diseases at the San Donato hospital. Case identification and contact tracing was possible by running around 1,320 swabs.
