Today in Calabria there have been 14 new positive cases to the Coronavirus su 926 people subjected to swabs. Therefore, it was positive as soon as1.51% of test subjects, a very low percentage who shows how the virus does not circulate in the regional territory, but these are only a few isolated cases linked to known groups of infection or returns from abroad. Among the 14 new cases today, 4 I am from Crotone Province (one CARA immigrant, one is a contact from a positive family outbreak – new – and two are returning); 4 I am from Vibo Valentia Province and it goes back to the ship that comes from Civitavecchia; 3 I am from Catanzaro Province and there are two migrants and one is “outside the region”: all three are hospitalized. We have two new cases in Reggio Province me one in Cosenza province.

Today is the93rd consecutive day without deaths. The number of cases in Calabria since the beginning of the pandemic is 1,491 persons its 153,811 test subjects. The percentage of positives over those controlled is0.96% And it is by far the lowest in Italy. In Calabria they have even been subjected to swabs 103.1 people for each positive.   • Reggio Calabria 387 cases: 19 dead, 281 cured, 3 in the ward, 82 in a secluded house.
  • Catanzaro 235 Cases: 33 dead, 186 healed9 in the room, 7 in solitary confinement.
  • Croton 133 cases: 6 dead, 116 healed, 1 in ward, 10 in home isolation.
  • Vibo Valentia 95 Cases: 5 dead, 82 healed, 8 in home isolation
  • Another foreign region or state 111 almost (6 in the room, 105 in home isolation)

Note: The total number of cases in Catanzaro includes subjects from other structures and provinces that have been discharged over time. It should be noted that two patients from other provinces were hospitalized at the Germaneto Polyclinic. The deceased are indicated in the province of origin and not in the one where the death occurred. The count also includes the two patients from Bergamo transferred to Catanzaro, while the numbers of the infection received after the communication of the data to National Civil Protection are not included.
