Although, in fact, the red flag was present on the entire coast, not all abandoned the dive on Sunday, in some cases getting into trouble: the firefighting helicopter therefore had to intervene at least four times to save, in the true meaning of the word, of people.
In the early afternoon, an intervention in Vesima, including video, was followed by an intervention in Sestri Levante and another in Bogliasco. At night they called the helicopter to check what appeared to be the silhouette of a person, fortunately only a floating log.
In total, including other types of intervention, firefighters carried out at least 41 interventions related to bad weather in Genoa. And the day is not over yet
