Orange weather alert in Genoa, live updates

Strong storms in the morning, first in the high Aveto valley (67.6 mm / 1 hour in Cabanne di Rezzoaglio), with the phenomena that later moved to the central sector, where the most intense storms that affected the areas occurred. immediately behind Genoa, especially Campomorone (Isoverde station 121 mm in one hour), Mignanego (68.6 in one hour) and Busalla (59.6 in one hour).

After a respite in the afternoon, a new intensification of the phenomena is expected from the afternoon and for the night between Saturday and Sunday. There were tornadoes and strong gusts of wind from the south and southeast / east (gusts of up to 75 miles per hour in Fontanafresca, on the Sori heights).
