He detours with his bicycle to avoid a pedestrian and ends up under a car: a man dies

Double accident on the Piacentino section of the A1 on the afternoon of Friday, August 28. The second, which occurred in Fiorenzuola, unfortunately had to count a death. He is a 45-year-old motorcyclist living in Meda (Monza Brianza).
At around 4 p.m., the man was aboard the two-wheeler with his 43-year-old wife. All three lanes heading towards Milan were crowded at the time and traffic was slow, probably due to some onlookers from an accident that had occurred shortly before on the opposite road. Shortly after the Arda Est service area, the motorcycle reportedly struck a stopped pedestrian in the emergency lane and then collided with two other stopped cars in the first lane. The two-wheeler struck the car and the driver was thrown to the ground, getting stuck between the bike and the car. For him there was nothing to do: he died instantly and attempts to revive him were in vain, carried out by the volunteers of the Public Valdarda and Cortemaggiore and by the 118 health workers (self-medics from Fiorenzuola and helicopter rescue from Brescia) . His wife was also seriously injured after being transferred to the Piacenza hospital in conditions of medium severity. Mother and daughter were also transported to Piacenza who were in the car hit by the motorcycle: they are not serious. The man who was overwhelmed by the motorcyclist and who appears to have drifted a few hundred meters from the crash site, with the car with his wife and son on board, reported various traumas. This is a 44-year-old young man from Agrigento, who was also transferred to the Piacenza hospital in serious condition. The dynamics, although quite clear, remain under scrutiny by Polstrada agents, who arrived at the scene with more patrols. Fiorenzuola firefighters also participated at the scene of the accident.

THE ACCIDENT OF 14 – On the A1 Milan-Naples motorway in the section between Fidenza and the A1 / Fine Complanare Piacenza junction and the A1 / Diramazione Fiorenzuola junction towards Bologna, an accident previously occurred at approximately km 69 on the as a heavy vehicle carrying two bulldozers, after skidding, crossed, dispersing part of the fuel. In the accident, a person was injured requiring the intervention of an ambulance. At the site of the event, in addition to medical assistance, mechanical aids, patrols of the Traffic Police and the personnel of the 2nd Section of Milan of Autostrade per l’Italia participated.
