The regions are also responsible for monitoring the progress of the epidemic and sending data daily to the Ministry of Health, the Higher Institute of Health and the Scientific-Technical Committee. On the basis of this information, the governors may “introduce, also as part of the economic and production activities carried out in the regional territory, derogatory, expansive or restrictive measures.”
Finally, according to the draft, the second part of the decree is dedicated to sanctions and controls, which the latter are entitled to the prefects.
