What is the bicycle voucher?
In the measures to promote sustainable mobility, the relaunch decree introduced a mobility coupon, already renowned by the bicycle bonus media, which covers 60% of the expense for the purchase of bicycles (including pedal assistance) , scooters, hoverboards, etc. for a maximum value of 500 euros.
The measure brings with it a novelty, compared to what had been said in the previous days: retroactivity: the de facto bonus valid for purchases that took place from May 4 to December 31, 2020.

Who is entitled to it?
All citizens over 18 years of age residing in municipalities with a population of more than 50 thousand can take advantage of the mobility voucher with a maximum value of 500 euros. But also those of the regional capitals, of the metropolitan cities (totaling 14, including Milan, Rome, Bologna, Catania and Cagliari) and of the provincial capitals.
This method excludes many travelers, as well as many students and external workers, who may have their domicile in the city while their residence remained in the place of origin. Travelers who live in the belt municipalities of large metropolitan cities are among those who can take advantage of the bonus.
Can I buy an electric scooter with the bicycle bonus?
The bonus of 500 euros for the purchase of bicycles (including assistance with the pedal), electric scooters, hoverboards and monowheels. Also included are all primarily electric powered personal mobility vehicles. Electric scooters are not included in the list.
How is the bonus paid?
As for the disbursement of the 500 euros, the conditional must still be used at this stage because the method has not yet been clarified. What is the mobility bonus of 1,500 euros for scrapping?
Another piece to be added to the mobility bonus from 2021 concerns the possibility, until the allocated fund is exhausted, of scrapping the Euro 3 class car down or the approved motorcycle up to the Euro class from January 1 to December 31, 2021 2 and Euro 3, if it is two-stroke. Who is entitled to the scrapping bond?
The scrapping coupon is reserved only for residents of the municipalities with the highest concentration of smog, those who generally exceed the limits of concentration in the air of fine dust and nitrogen dioxide (identified by Directive 2008/50 / EC) and who They have led Italy to be subject to two infringement procedures by the EU.
