PISA – The military prosecutor’s office has no more doubts. Emanuele Scieri, the 25-year-old Sicilian agent who died in August of twenty-one years at the Gamerra barracks in Pisa, was killed. And those responsible for that death are three ex-comrades, in corporal moment, who, acting in competition with each other and for reasons unrelated to service and military discipline, cruelly killed the student parachutist Emanuele Scieri. Their names are Alessandro Panella, 40 years of Cerveteri, Andrea Antico, 40 years of Rimini and Luigi Zabara, 41 years of Frosinone. All of them are accused by the military prosecutor of violence to inferior by means of multiple aggravated murders and for similar crimes are also investigated by the Pisa prosecutor. Lately it has also been speculated that the young parachutist, a recent law graduate, has been punished for using a cell phone. His body was found lifeless at the base of the parachute drying tower on the afternoon of August 16, 1999, but death would return the day before after hours of agony. The notice of completion of the investigations was signed by the Attorney General of the Rome Military Court of Appeals Marco de Paolis and the Deputy Military Officer Isaac Giustiniani.
