The number falls for the thirty-seventh consecutive day and it was as of March 10 that the number did not drop below 1,000. Of the currently positive patients, 13,539 are hospitalized with symptoms (-79) and 67,950 are in home isolation (-729). The swabs made are a total of 2,606,652, 40,740 more than the previous day. The total number of daily swabs also includes “salient” swabs, that is, people who after illness or isolation at home undergo one or more swabs before they can be called “cured.” Instead, 1,702,283 people underwent the test, net of the number of swabs they made.
