“Starting on Monday a new phase of contrast with the coronavirus begins with an investigation through serological tests that will serve to open a season safely”. The president of the Lazio region, Nicola Zingaretti, has illustrated the procedures to initiate 300 thousand serological tests in Lazio, in the presence of the health councilor, Alessio D’Amato and the scientific director of Spallanzani, Giuseppe Ippolito.

Serological testing will include health personnel, law enforcement officers, guests, and RSA employees on a voluntary basis and with informed consent to understand how the virus has circulated in communities.
“As of Monday, D’Amato explained, tests began with the Guardia di Finanza military. This test is aimed at the most exposed subjects in the battle against Covid: it will affect all health professionals, including general practitioners, pediatricians, specialist doctors, pharmacists and operators of accredited private structures. It will also affect those involved in cleaning, services, including subcontractors, operators of the RSA, which has an audience of more than 100,000 operators.”
