There are 731 new cases of Covid registered in Sicily in the last 24 hours of the 8,109 swabs performed, with an incidence that therefore drops to 9%. Deaths in the last 24 hours are 22, bringing the total to 2,109. (There were 872 new cases out of 9,353 swabs yesterday, for an incidence of 9.3%.)
Good news on the cured front, which today doubles the number of new cases. Today 1,532 have defeated the disease on the island.
The current budget, therefore, sees 33,865 current positives (823 less than yesterday), of which 1,273 are hospitalized (37 less than yesterday). 1,091 are in the regular regime and 182 are in intensive care (3 more than yesterday).
On the distribution front in the provinces, Catania again takes the lead with 356 new positives, followed by Palermo with 116. Then the province of Messina, where there are 89 infected, 41 in Ragusa and Siracusa, 29 in Trapani, 27 in Agrigento , 17 in Enna and 15 in Caltanissetta.

Slight decrease also in the increase of cases today, in the rest of Italy: the bulletin of the Ministry of Health records today 17,992, his 179,800 swabs processed (yesterday there were 18,236 out of a total of 185,320 swabs). The incidence rate rises very slightly, from 9.8% yesterday to 10% today, but the dramatic increase once again worries the number of deaths: they died on the last day. 674 people with coronavirus.
