The situation in Lombard hospitals
The data on hospital admissions and intensive care, useful for monitoring the evolution of the epidemic, describe a more stable situation than in recent weeks. In the last 24 hours, the number of hospital admissions has fallen by 91, bringing the total to 7,342 (yesterday they were 7,433). The number of hospitalizations in intensive care units is also decreasing: 30 fewer in the last 24 hours (yesterday the balance between new admissions and discharges was one less hospitalization), for a total of 876. The number of cured / graduated continues growing, it now reaches 268,702: 8,174 people have managed to overcome the disease in the last 24 hours.
Contagion in the provinces
As for the Lombard provinces, there are 885 new coronavirus infections registered in the province of Milan, of which 342 in the city. There are 212 new positives in the province of Monza and Brianza, 1,036 in the province of Varese, which in fact becomes the most affected by the number of new infections, 159 in the province of Brescia, 893 in that of Como and 230 in the province of Pavia. The province of Bergamo has registered 129 new infections, while there are 108 in Lecco, 111 in the province of Lodi, 41 in Cremona, 41 in the province of Sondrio and finally 126 in Mantua.
The regional plan for the Covid vaccine
