From the beginning of the investigation, it has emerged that the individual drug trafficking episodes were attributable to a real criminal organization, well structured and widespread in the Sorano area and in close contact with criminal groups settled in Campania, and particularly in the Scampia districts of Naples and Bronx from San Giovanni to Teduccio, from which the supply of narcotic substances took place. The transport was carried out by special couriers who, to avoid any control, alternated on the road from Campania to lower Lazio, to the Sorano area, where the narcotic substance was classified and stored in different places available to the association. the main of which consists of a self-demolition plant for ferrous materials.

During the activity of the investigators it became clear that, while the “local” drug trafficking group had put all its energies into the drug trafficking activity, the partners of the faction of the origins of Campania had extended their interests to various areas, infiltrate the socioeconomic fabric in a violent and unscrupulous way.

At the conclusion of the investigations, the Preliminary Investigation Judge of the Rome Court, at the request of the District Anti-Mafia Directorate of the Public Ministry of the Rome Court, issued an order for the application of personal precautionary measures against 27 subjects, of whom 17 were in prison and 10 under house arrest, as well as the obligation to remain in the municipality of residence in relation to another person, and has also ordered preventive seizure for the purpose of direct confiscation and for the equivalent of 40 thousand euros.
The Flying Squad agents also executed 3 arrest warrants issued by the Public Ministry of the Cassino Court, referring to another line of investigation.
