The data on hospitalization and intensive care, useful for monitoring the evolution of the epidemic, describe a situation that has worsened compared to recent weeks. In the last 24 hours, the number of hospital admissions has decreased by 47 units, bringing the total to 4,243 (yesterday there were 4,290). On the other hand, hospitalizations in intensive care units are in decline: the balance is 4 fewer patients than yesterday (yesterday the balance between new admissions and discharges was 21 fewer hospitalizations), for a total of 536 hospitalized people. The number of cured / discharged patients continues to grow, now reaching 379,750: 2,960 people have managed to overcome the disease in the last 24 hours.

The new positives in the provinces

Regarding the Lombard provinces, there are 642 new positive cases of coronavirus in the province of Milan, of which 256 in the city. There are 114 new positives in the province of Monza and Brianza, 245 in that of Varese, 282 in the province of Brescia, 140 in that of As and 154 in the province of Pavia. The province of Bergamo registered 85 new infections, while 43 are in Lecco, 67 new infections in the province of I gave it, 53 in that of Cremona, 77 infections in the province of Sondrio and finally 177 to Mantua.
