The daily death toll increased compared to yesterday: there were 172 in the last 24 hours (yesterday there were 69), for a total of 23,449 official deaths in Lombardy alone since the beginning of the pandemic.
The situation in Lombard hospitals
The data related to hospital admissions and intensive care, useful for monitoring the progress of the epidemic, describe a more stable situation and improving than in recent weeks. In the last 24 hours, the number of hospital admissions has decreased by 114, bringing the total to 5,613 (yesterday they were 5,727). There is also a decrease in admissions to intensive care units: the balance is 18 patients less than yesterday (yesterday the balance between new admissions and discharges was one less hospitalization), for a total of 748 hospitalized people. The number of healed / discharged patients continues to grow, reaching 4,581: 324,961 people have managed to overcome the disease in the last 24 hours.

Lombardia Yellow Zone from Sunday December 13, which changes
As President Attilio Fontana announced, as of Sunday, December 13, Lombardy will become the yellow zone. Citizens will be able to move freely again within the region and in the direction of regions of the same color. On the other hand, departures from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. will continue to be prohibited by curfew. The bars and restaurants will reopen to the public until 6:00 p.m., from where you can pick up takeaway food for the first few hours until 10:00 p.m. In shopping centers, all stores except pharmacies, parapharmacies, groceries and kiosks will remain closed.
