Legnano
Legnano is the largest and most important city in the Altomilanese area. With its more than 60,300 inhabitants, it will undoubtedly decide the contest at the polls. In 2017 it was the center-right who won with Gianbattista Fratus, whose term was abruptly suspended in May 2019 when Fratus himself, his deputy Maurizio Cozzi and the Councilor for Public Works Chiara Lazzarini were arrested. The municipality of Legnano has been governed by the prefectural commissioner Cristiana Cirelli for about a year and a half. Parabiago
Parabiago is a city of about 28,000 inhabitants and is currently governed by a center-right junta. Despite exceeding the threshold of 15,000 inhabitants, the city did not need to resort to the second round in 2015: Raffaele Cucchi had become mayor in the first round. In Parabiago there are four candidates for the tricolor band and among these there is also the outgoing mayor, Raffaele Cucchi. Participation defined at 58.09%.

Cuggiono
Cuggiono is a town of just over 8,000 inhabitants and therefore the mayor will be directly elected in the first round. Local elections come prematurely: the last ones were held in 2017 and Maria Grazia Perletti was the winner. In recent months the Municipality has been a police station. There are four candidates for Cuggiono, including Perletti herself, mayor until a few months ago. Participation defined at 64.27%.
