141 (yesterday there were 136) new cases of coronavirus registered today (Wednesday, October 14) in Umbria, where 3,749 people have been infected with Covid-19 since the start of the health emergency (3,427 swabs made in the last hours, with a total of 236,287). From today’s bulletin – with data from the Region and Civil Protection updated at 10.35 am – a slightly lower increase in current positives, which are now 1,628 (+132 compared to yesterday).

This is due to the fact that the number of recovered increases to 2,030 (+8), while 5 recover clinically and, unfortunately, the total number of registered deaths since the beginning of the pandemic amounts to 91 (+1). There is also an increase in the number of people in isolation by default, which now amounts to 1,545 (+128), while in the ‘Covid Hospitals’ of Umbria the total number of hospitalized patients amounts to 83 (+4) and 12 ( +1) the total of those in intensive care.
