Most of the Bank of Ireland branches that are closing are the same ones that were temporarily closed during the first closing this time last year.
When they reopened there was no counter service.
Now 88 are scheduled to close for good in areas across the state. They must close from September.
In Carlow, the Boris and Tullow branches are closing.
Cavan will lose the Bank of Ireland’s banking facilities at Arva, Cootehill and Kingscourt.
Clare’s hit is in Kilkee, Miltown Malbay and Tulla.
Cork will no longer have BoI branches at the Cork Institute of Technology and at Glanmire, Bantry, Cobh, Dunmanway, Kanturk, Millstreet, Michelstown and Youghal.
Donegal is losing branches in Bunbeg, Bundoran, Dungloe, Glenties, and Moville.
Dublin is losing branches at James Street, Law Library, Phibsboro, Ballycoolin, Killester, Merrion Road, Rathmines and Ballyfermot.
In Galway the closures are at Ballygar, Dunmore and Oughterard.
Kerry will experience the loss of the Castleisland, Kilorglin and Tralee IT branches.
Kildare, the blinds will be lowered in Celbridge, Kilcullen, Leixlip – HP / Intel and Monasterevin
Kilkenny will lose branches in Callan, Graiguenamanagh, Thomastown and Urlingford.
Success in Laois is in Durrow, Mountrath and Rathdowney.
The Drunshambo and Manorhamilton branches of Leitrim are going to disappear.
Across Limerick there are closures at Abbeyfeale, Askeaton, Bruff, Caherdavin, Rathkeale, Roxboro and at the University of Limerick.
Granard’s Longford branch is closing, as is Louth’s Dunleer.
May will lose branches in Ballyhaunis, Charlestown and Kiltimagh.
Meath will see closures at Athboy, Enfield and Ratoath.
In Monaghan there will no longer be branches in Castleblayney and Clones.
Offaly will see branches go in Banagher, Clara and Edenderry.
Roscommon closures are at Elphin and Strokestown.
The Ballymote and Tubbercurry branches of Sligo are going to disappear.
In Tipperary, the list includes Cahir, Cashel, and Templemore.
Waterford will not have branches in Ardkeen, Kilmacthomas and Lismore.
In Westmeath, the list of closings includes branches in Athlone IT, Castlepollard, Kinnegad and Moate.
Wexford is closing bank branches in Rosslare and Taghmon.
Wicklow will suffer losses at Carnew, Rathdrum and Tinahely.
The branches in Northern Ireland to be closed are Ballymena, Banbridge, Belfast Lisburn Road, Belfast Ormeau Road Belfast University Road, Crossmaglen, Strand Road in Derry, Downpatrick Dungannon, Keady, Limavady, Lisburn, Lisnaskea Portadown and Strabane.
