Inside Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez’s New $ 40 Million Miami Mansion

Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez are one of the richest married couples in the world. With a combined net worth of $ 750 million, they can buy pretty much anything they want and have proven that they save no cost when it comes to the things they want.

Most recently, Lopez and Rodriguez bought a scattered $ 40 million mansion in Miami, Florida, that some of their stature could no longer fit. Let’s take a closer look at each other.

Inside the $ 40 million mansion of Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez

TMZ reported on August 14 that Lopez and Rodriguez had described a mansion in Miami described as “super-luxury.” Located on the star-studded Star Island, it has two full floors and 40,000 square feet of property. The interior features include 10 bedrooms, at least 10 bathrooms, an industrial-style kitchen, a library, and more, per Realtor.com.

Outdoor amenities include an oversized pool with a jacuzzi, a bar area, a guest house, and access to the Atlantic Ocean, where Lopez, Rodriguez, and their four children can swim, do water sports, and more. The house appears to be surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens, waterfront, and Miami hotspots.

“The house is timeless and radiates elegance with beautiful finishes, masterful craftsmanship, high ceilings and extended living areas,” broker Jill Eber told The Robb Report (via The Daily Mail). “It points to truly living indoors and outdoors, and offers the most visited mesmerizing views of the Miami skyline, and beautiful sunbeams.”

As noted by TMZ, it is unclear if the couple intends to live there or if the mansion is simply an investment property. As of the writing, neither Lopez nor Rodriguez have commented on the purchase.

Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez are ready to settle down

If anything, the mansion news shows how serious these two are in their relationship. The couple began dating in March 2017 after the split of Lopez from Drake and became engaged on their second anniversary. E! News reports that they will have to get married in the Italian ceremony this summer, but changes have had to be made due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, which continues with no end in sight.

“They have been fighting for weeks over this decision, but with no return to normalcy in the near future, the couple felt that the marriage posed the safest and smartest choice,” a source told the outlet in May. “Guests have recently been informed that the wedding in late summer will not happen as expected.”

When the crisis ends, the couple heads to their home in Coral Gables, Miami, behind HELLO! Magazine. Rodriguez allegedly built the 11,000-square-foot property off the ground after buying a $ 2.3 million plot in the area in 2013. They have posted both photos and videos from home in the quarantine of coronavirus, available on their respective social media sites.
