The photo of the ‘Nahdhatul Ulama Petamburan Branch’ sign installed in Petamburan, Central Jakarta, was very busy being discussed. Habib Rizieq Shihab’s lawyer Aziz Yanuar is also happy if the news that the poster is installed is true.
The existence of the poster began with a photo that circulated yesterday Friday (29/1). In the photo, two people are holding a sign from the secretariat that reads “Nahdhatul Ulama Branch Petamburan.” There is a UN logo on the sign, while underneath it says ‘Musollah Al Muqobalah’.
The existence of this signal was confirmed by Jakarta PWNU President Syamsul Ma’arif. Syamsul said the sign was made by the NU Petamburan branch manager, even though there was a typo.
“Yes, it is true, I have coordinated it, only the writing needs to be corrected later,” Syamsul said when asked for confirmation.
Syamsul confirmed that although the signal was new, the NU branch in Petamburan had been around for a long time. The new board posted a poster recently.
“The branch manager was very excited to make a nameplate. So it is the original nameplate made by the branch manager,” Syamsul said.
Syamsul said that NU has management down to the village level. He also confirmed that such signs were also installed in other areas.
“NU already has a management structure at all levels, from the central level to the sub-branch or sub-district level. Before, there was FPI,” Syamsul said.
“If the president has the capital, then make a sign. Not only in Petamburan, but everywhere, it is recommended that every branch have a sign,” Syamsul continued.
