The Surabaya Dispendukcapil delegation was received by Yaidah and Sutarman, her husband.

“Ibu Yaidah told us everything and gave us his opinion on community service,” he said.
As reported, Yaidah took over her second son’s death certificate at the Interior Ministry office in Jakarta because she felt she was not being well looked after at the urban village office of the Surabaya Regional Government Office last September. .
However, Kadispendukcapil Kota Surabaya, Agus Imam Sonhaji said that this was just a miscommunication.
According to him, Yaidah received inappropriate information from the officers.
“The officer does not have the ability to solve population management problems and does not understand understanding,” he said.
Yaidah’s application letter has already been processed for registration in the urban village and was successful.
The request has been entered into the clampid system at Dispendukcapil.
“For Ms. Yaidah or the applicant to get an e-Kitir or a receipt equipped with a barcode,” Agus said.
“Even so, we still apologize to Ms Yaidah for this lack of communication, we apologize. This is also an evaluation of our records so that in the future we can serve more optimally,” he said.
The Surabaya Dispendukcapil will intensify the call center information services to serve residents who are still confused about how to process population services.
