A car that went viral for the act of littering in Kalimalang, Bekasi Regency, surrendered. The perpetrator turned himself in to the Bekasi Metropolitan Police.

The driver turns on the light danger when the car stopped. Then a passenger in the car was seen dumping a large plastic bag suspected of containing garbage into the river. For the duration of the video, it appears that four garbage bags were thrown away.

The video recorder then points the camera at the license plate. The license plate says B-9338-FCC. In the viral video narrative, the incident took place at Jalan Inspeksi Kalimalang.
