BOLASPORT.COM – Italian rider Valentino Rossi will participate in his last race as an official Yamaha rider in the Portuguese GP racing series at the Algarve International Circuit, Portimao, from November 20 to 22.

Valentino Rossi has endured many seasons in his career. However, it will be different from

The racer nicknamed The Doctor returned to Yamaha in 2013 so far.

Rossi achieved a lot of glory with Yamaha and will still defend Yamaha through his satellite team, Petronas Yamaha SRT in 2021.

“I will always be grateful to them (Yamaha) for that. This year I scored very few points. M1 has won so much that it deserves seven world titles,” Rossi was quoted as saying by GPOne’s BolaSport.com.

During his time with Yamaha, Rossi had a lot of good times. According to Rossi, a memorable moment was when we spoke with Yamaha’s managing director, Lin Jarvis.

“I spoke a lot with Lin Jarvis. He gave me the opportunity to return to the factory team after two years with Ducati. At that time I was desperate and without that opportunity I would probably stop racing,” admitted Rossi.

“I will always be grateful to Yamaha for that. Our story is divided in two. In the second half, I won less, but there are still extraordinary moments. I will really miss this team,” said Rossi.
