Second, the context of national and political life that becomes the scene of political parties. According to Haedar, the goal of the nation and the state is to provide well-being to the community. Therefore, all parties must firmly rely on the constitution.
“Indonesia is strong and will continue to exist because it has a strong constitution, since the opening of the 45th Constitution and various types of constitutions where our national and state corridors meet.
