There is evidence of a 70 million IDR transfer
The judge revealed something different from Fitriani’s testimony.
The judge confirmed that there was evidence that Febi transferred Rs 70 million to Fitriani’s husband, Kombes Ilsaruddin.
“The witness himself committed an inappropriate act, did not pay his debt and felt that he did not have any debt. He stated that the defendant Febi Nur Amelia was not legally and convincingly proven guilty of having committed a criminal act as charged by the public prosecutor. Release to the defendant of the prosecution and restore the defendant’s right to position, dignity and dignity, ”Sri said in Medan District Court (PN) while striking his hammer, on Tuesday (10/6/2020).
The judge stated that the defendant was not proven to have violated Article 45, paragraph 3, in conjunction with Article 27, paragraph 3, of the Republic of Indonesia Law No. 19 of 2016 on Amendments to Law No. 11 of 2008 on Information and Electronic Transactions (ITE) imputed by Prosecutor Randi. H Tambunan.
On the other hand, Fitriani, known as Ms. Kombes, was disappointed with the decision.
According to him, the issue presented was the ITE Law and not on accounts receivable.
“There is no evidence of this, just listen to the accused. That is why I will submit this legal process to the Superior Prosecutor’s Office, perhaps the prosecutor will file an appeal, this is not final, ”Fitriani said when contacted on Wednesday (7/10/2020).
Regarding the evidence of the transfer, Fitriani said it was not directed at him. This is said to be insufficient proof.
“The judge has no evidence to explain that I am in debt, but he has declared that I am in debt, right? So I feel this is unfair,” Fitriani said.
Fitriani insists he has no debts.
“I hope that the prosecutor will take even more important legal action, because it is clear that this is unfair in my opinion,” he said.
