As is known, in the video the arrangement and the lyrics of the national anthem are changed. The 1.31 minute video was uploaded about two weeks ago by an account claimed to belong to a Malaysian YouTuber.

In the video, the lyrics of the song Indonesia Raya are decorated with an animation of a chicken replacing the Garuda symbol. The lyrics contain insults starting with ‘Indonesia is an unfortunate and retreating nation’, even President Jokowi and Soekarno are also mocked as Jokoko and SoekaPORNO.
In response to this, Foreign Minister (Menlu) Retno LP Marsudi said that the Indonesian government had reported this case to the Malaysian Police (PDRM). The country’s security authorities are currently conducting an investigation.

Meanwhile, the Malaysian Embassy in Jakarta has also paid special attention. Through the Facebook page of the Malaysian Embassy, ​​it was claimed that the authorities were investigating issues that could disrupt good relations between the two countries.
